Are you done “hoping” people choose you? At Jaden Gebbink State Farm, we’re looking for a hungry, confident, sales-driven professional who can turn every conversation—especially service calls and existing customer needs—into the next policy, the next upgrade, and the next referral.

This is not a slow, passive role. You’ll be in the mix every day, owning the process from first contact to quote, follow-up, and close.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Turn service conversations into sales opportunities: when customers call, you don’t just help—you identify gaps, recommend coverage, and sell the solution.
  • Proactively quote and follow up with warm leads and active service requests to move deals forward fast.
  • Run a tight sales process: listen, qualify, match coverage, present options clearly, handle objections, and close.
  • Build revenue through customer expansion: cross-sell and upgrade across Life, Auto, Home, Business, and Liability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that consistently hit targets—not just “try.”
  • Guide customers through applications with confidence and urgency so they don’t stall out.
  • Maintain an active pipeline: no losing momentum after the first conversation—every lead gets driven toward an appointment and a decision.

  • Licensed or ready to get licensed: willingness to obtain Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses (we’ll support you through the process).
  • Coachability + hustle: you’ll take feedback, apply it immediately, and push harder every week.
