We are seeking a bilingual Spanish speaker to join our team as a receptionist with the expectations of moving up after a few months.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish speaker.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
