Position Overview

We are seeking someone who is reliable, consistent, and ambitious. We have all the tools to help with your success, and we are looking to add ambitious individuals to our currently existing sales team. If you are looking for a team environment that will help you get up to speed quickly and work together to help you hit your own personal goals, then this is for you. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the manager to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking (preferred)
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Multitasking and being able to stay organized
  • Enthusiasm about hitting personal goals and tracking growth every day
  • High self-motivation
  • Team Mentality
  • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
  • Must be able to obtain Michigan Property & Casualty Licenses
  • Must be able to obtain Michigan Life & Health Licenses

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
